Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to any purchase of products or services made by any of our authorized distributors, whether in person, by phone, electronically (email), digital purchase, or by any other means, and Geravolt reserves the right to modify these terms in whole or in part at any time without prior notice.
By making a purchase at Geravolt, the customer accepts each and every one of the terms and conditions listed below:
- That they are of legal age and have sufficient capacity to bind themselves to the terms set forth herein.
- That all statements and information provided at the time the Customer makes a purchase are true, accurate, and complete.
- That they are not engaging in any operation or activity for illegal purposes.
- That they expressly authorize the use of technology means for the sending and receiving of documents and information related to their commercial relationship with Geravolt, recognizing it as full proof for legal purposes.
- All prices are shown in Mexican Pesos and will be valid for the day the order is placed, prices are subject to the current exchange rate of the dollar as per the Official Federal Gazette (DOF), and prices will be updated daily..
- The prices published in this store include the Value Added Tax (VAT) of 16%, in accordance with current Mexican tax legislation. Registered users as integrators will see prices before VAT; the breakdown of the tax will be shown in the order summary prior to the confirmation of the purchase.
- Accepted payment methods: electronic transfer (SPEI, SPID), bank counter deposit, and credit and debit cards.

- When registering as an integrator, you can only pay by electronic transfer, bank counter deposit, or cash.

Failure by the Customer to comply with any of the provisions stated here will be sufficient cause for the cancellation of the commercial relationship with a registered customer.
Product availability
There is a possibility that not all products offered by Geravolt will be available at the time the customer places a purchase order; in that case, Geravolt will confirm the delivery time of the unavailable merchandise. We recommend checking with our sales advisors for the availability of products before making the corresponding payment; otherwise, Geravolt is not responsible for any harm that may result from a delayed delivery.
Delivery times
- Orders will be delivered to the corresponding courier within a maximum period of 2 business days, once the payment for your order has been confirmed.

- Orders can be delivered in person in the city of Mérida, Yucatán, subject to confirmation of stock availability in the warehouse.
Shipping
- Geravolt will deliver the merchandise through third-party transport companies, and therefore is not responsible for delivery times. Geravolt will always recommend the best transport company option to the customer for the delivery of their merchandise.
- The courier services are limited with limited coverage, which have delivery throughout the country with home delivery service in major cities and surrounding areas and/or service occurs in towns with limited coverage, which will be sent to the nearest branch.
The following couriers are used:
- Paquetexpress (ground service of 3 to 5 business days)
- DHL (ground service of 5 business days and express service of 1 to 2 business days)
- Estafeta (ground service of 5 business days and express service of 1 to 2 business days)
- Shipments to islands that require maritime crossing will incur an additional charge for extended zone, this amount will be charged later upon completion of your order. An advisor will contact you with the additional amount.
Shipping Insurance
Among the shipping options, it is offered optionally to add shipping insurance, which the customer can insure a shipment under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives broken or with any damage, whether superficial or that prevents its proper functioning.
- The shipment arrives incomplete at its destination.
- There is total loss due to theft or loss
- Upon receiving the package and determining that it is damaged or there is missing content, the Customer must submit their claim in writing by sending an email to[email:pedidos]or with their sales advisor, providing sufficient evidence in photographs and/or video of the condition of the package, order number, within a period no greater than 48 hours or 2 calendar days after receiving the package. (Includes holidays).
- Subsequently, the information presented by the Customer will be validated with an internal investigation in which Geravolt will have a period of no more than 10 (ten) business days, during which it will make the necessary inquiries to validate whether the refund or total or partial replacement is appropriate or, if applicable, inappropriate.
- In the event of proceeding with the insurance, the customer will have the option to choose a refund of their money or the replacement of the damaged products, which will be sent at no cost to the Customer.
Warranty Policy
1. Scope and Validity
The warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly fromGeravoltand distributed within the Mexican Republic. It covers manufacturing defects that affect the normal operation of the equipment and that occur within the coverage period specified by the manufacturer in the product technical data sheet. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase, regardless of when it is installed or put into use.
2. Process to Request Warranty
To validate a warranty, the customer must:
- Contact [email:garantias] or their sales advisor.
- Describe the equipment issue in detail, including photographs, records, installation proof, and any useful evidence for diagnosis.
- Do not disassemble or intervene with the equipment without prior authorization from the Technical Support Department.
- Wait for formal approval from the technical team before shipping the product.
3. Product Shipping
Once the warranty process is authorized:
- The customer must ship the product in its original packaging (including accessories and manuals), free of external damage such as scratches, stains, or dents.
- A copy of the invoice or official order number must be included, matching the model and serial number of the product.
- Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility both ways; Geravolt does not cover transportation logistics costs.
4. Diagnosis and Resolution
- Equipment diagnosis will be completed within an estimated 2 to 7 business days.
- If the warranty applies, the equipment may be repaired, refurbished, or replaced with the same model or one of equal or superior specifications (not necessarily new).
- The estimated total resolution time may vary between 1 to 3 months, depending on the manufacturer.
- In the case of immediate replacement with new equipment, any applicable taxes will be the customer's responsibility.
5. Repair Coverage
- Repair includes labor and necessary parts at no cost to the customer, provided the issue is covered under warranty.
- Once repaired, the equipment will have a 30-day natural warranty for the corrected fault, without affecting the original product warranty period.
6. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will bevoided or rejectedin the following cases:
- Violation or removal of the warranty seal.
- Intervention by third parties not authorized by Geravolt.
- Damage caused by misuse, impacts, burns, or moisture.
- Use of incorrect configurations or connections not authorized by the technical team.
- Lack of maintenance on wear parts.
- Non-compliance with the electrical parameters specified in the technical datasheet.
- The serial number is not visible or has been altered.
- The equipment was opened or modified by the customer.
- The equipment shows evident signs of improper use.
Note: Refurbished or reconditioned equipment does not carry a warranty, unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Manufacturer's Responsibility
The validation, repair, replacement, and final resolution of warranties is subject to the approval of the product manufacturer. Geravolt acts solely as an intermediary for reception, preliminary diagnosis, and shipment of the equipment to the corresponding manufacturer.
Therefore:
- Geravolt does not guarantee the manufacturer's timelines or decisions regarding warranty acceptance or rejection.
- The final resolution depends on the manufacturer's criteria and policies in accordance with their technical datasheet and specific conditions.
- In the event of non-acceptance by the manufacturer, Geravolt will notify the customer with the diagnosis and coordinate the return of the equipment.
Returns and Cancellations
- You may request to return a product purchased from Geravolt as long as the original packaging is sealed, the contents are complete and in perfect condition for sale. Packaging, manuals, and accessories must be original and seals must not have been broken; if the product is part of a package or includes a gift, it must be returned in the same condition.
- The maximum period to receive a product return is 10 calendar daysfrom the date of receipt of the order.
- Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
- Costs incurred due to order cancellation or return (bank fees, packaging, round-trip shipping, etc.) will be borne by customer charge.
- The refund will be applied as a credit note for future purchases. If the customer requests a cash refund or a refund to their original payment method, a 25% charge on the product value will be applied for handling and restocking.
Returns do not apply if the product has any of the following issues:
- The product was used.
- The packaging or box of the equipment has non-original labels or the factory seals are broken.
- The box is scratched, dented, dirty, wet, or otherwise damaged.
- The packaging or box is not original or is open.
- The product was ordered on request.
- The product is obsolete or out of line.
- The product description includes the statement 'No Returns and/or Cancellations'.
- The product is software or a license.
- The product was sold as a clearance.
To request a return:
- You must send an email to [email:devoluciones] with the order number, the products for which you are requesting a return, and the reason for the return. - It is likely that during the return process you will be asked for additional information such as photographs of the product.
- If the return is authorized by the solutions department, you must send the product properly packaged and adequately protected against impacts, moisture, static, dust, excessive heat, etc.
- Insurance during transport, taxes, legal issues, ecological issues, accidents, security, theft, loss, or any other aspect or procedure for the return are the responsibility of the Customer. responsibility of the Customer.
- If the return of defective products is legitimate, Geravolt will cover the shipping costs as long as the Buyer communicates this circumstance at the time of receiving the order and the product is returned in perfect condition.
